Convert Excel spreadsheets to PDF
Upload an .xlsx, .xls or .csv file and this tool reads every sheet and typesets it as a table in a fresh, real PDF you can download immediately - no email required, nothing uploaded to a server. Every sheet becomes its own labelled section in the PDF.
How to use it
- Choose a spreadsheet file or drop it in.
- Press Convert to PDF.
- Download the finished PDF.
What this tool does and doesn't preserve
Cell values are laid out as a clean grid table, in landscape orientation for wider sheets. What it does not preserve is the original cell colours, merged cells, charts, or conditional formatting - for a pixel-perfect export with all formatting intact, printing directly from Excel to PDF will give a closer match.
Common uses
- Sharing a spreadsheet as a PDF that anyone can open
- Archiving a report or data export in a fixed, non-editable format
- Converting a CSV export into a readable PDF table
- Converting spreadsheets on a device without Excel installed
